Refund Policy – Terms & Conditions, Guidelines

 

Returns and cancellations

  In the case of any issue with your order, we would request you to please retain the original packing and white label with the code number on. These are important in resolving your case as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

 

Before delivery of goods

  If you decide to cancel your order less than 2 working days prior to delivery or if the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered beyond our control, you will be liable for return charges of £50 per item(s). 

 

These reasons include, but are not limited to:

  •   If you cancel your order after the items have been dispatched 
  •   If we are unable to complete the delivery due to access issues 
  •   If you are unavailable or unable to take delivery of your order 

 

Within 14 days after the date of delivery

  We are confident that you will be delighted with your furniture. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return the item to us, we are pleased to offer a 14-day money back guarantee, commencing the day after delivery. 

 

  This means that you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without charge; the only liability being that of return transportation costs

 

  If any items are damaged, faulty or incorrect please notify us immediately via email or telephone. Please provide us with the code printed on the white label pasted on the packing. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received with original packing. If possible please send us pictures of the furniture to report any fault. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected. You will receive the refund within 30 days of cancellation. 

 

After 14 days of date of delivery

  After this 14-day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty. 

 

Faulty Goods – Definition and Evaluation

  Please bear in mind that you are purchasing a natural rosewood product which is handmade, as a result of this it may require some minor adjustments after reaching the environment of your home. We expect that these minor adjustments can be done by oneself.

 

 Certain issues will not be deemed as defective or faulty, such as:

  •  Wood is a natural product and there may be variations in colour, grain pattern shade. We take every care to match the products as far as possible.
  • Climatic changes from the place of production to delivery may cause the doors and drawer’s to swell making them stiff to open. This issue will normally resolve itself in a matter of days once the timbers acclimatize to their new environment. A simple application of furniture wax should do the job.
  • There may be minor differences in spacing around doors and drawers; however, this will always be within our quality control tolerances.
  • All product dimensions provided by us are approximate.

 

  Please refer to our Furniture Care Guide for more information. Failure to care for your furniture in the recommended way will result in invalidation of your warranty. Should Pukka Rose Ltd. deem it impractical to offer a replacement product for any item that is damaged or faulty, we reserve the right to offer a repair, an allowance for repair, or alternatively a refund for you purchase. 

 

  Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
