2 man ‘white glove’ home delivery

A true white-glove delivery is about the consumers feeling that the level of service they are  receiving exceeds their expectations. When planning the delivery of our customers’ special purchase, they are given the confidence and control to select a delivery time and date suitable to them. Our professional Direct Home Delivery Crews ensure a delivery experience that upholds our customer’s expectations. We provide ‘white glove’  delivery but our delivery charges are very basic.

 

Continuous engagement with customers during the delivery process

  • - Contacted by our customer services team, within 24hrs of receiving the order
  • - Taken through a simple delivery survey, ensuring correct delivery details
  • - Offered a choice of delivery dates, AM/PM time slots
  • - Contacted directly by delivery crew approximately 1hr before delivery
  • - Delivery to room of choice
  • - Basic assembly ( for example legs on tables). Most of our products come in a single piece and in some cases, very basic assembly is required.
  • - Full inspections of goods and completion of delivery process
  • - Post-delivery customer satisfaction feedback: Such top-notch service doesn't end once the furniture is inside the home. It is important to contact the consumer immediately following delivery, to obtain their feedback on various aspects of delivery. Inquiring about the technical part of the delivery is important, of course, but most important is asking our consumers how they felt about the total delivery experience.

 

Recycling

Removal of packaging for recycling –All our products are packaged at the villages using recyclable packaging materials. The products are transported from the Indian villages and take approximately 4 weeks to arrive at the UK port. The products go through a long journey transiting through various check points and hand offs. This means, sometimes, the external packaging may not look as attractive. However, all our products are opened and checked at various destinations to ensure the product is safe.  We are a green company and we ensure that all the packaging is removed from your home and sent for recycling.

Delivery Timelines

Zone A: First offered delivery date within 7 working days (our current average 3.85 days)
Zone B/C: First offered delivery date within 7 working days from receipt at local depot (up to 14 working days in total dependant upon post code) Our current average 9 days.
