Furniture Care Guide

A little care can go a long way to make your furniture last a lifetime.

Caring for Rosewood Furniture

It is quite simple to care for your rosewood furniture, the right care can see your furniture for a lifetime. Good quality rosewood with proper workmanship is an investment for a lifetime.

Wax Polishing

At Pukka Rose every effort is made to carefully furnace dry all our timber to decrease the moisture content, leaving enough moisture so it can appropriately adapt to the humidity levels at your home. Wax polishing the furniture ensures that the timber gets a protective layer thus giving it a longer life and sheen. It additionally helps to acclimatise the furniture. We prescribe a three-month cycle for application of wax.

Try not to utilise solvents or cleaners expected for materials other than hardwood furniture as they harm the wood.

We would request you to kindly take a note of you care guide as non-adherence could dry out the wood and cause splitting and negate our guarantee.
